Rewards are paid from #SECT the treasury deposits into the contract in advance; nothing is minted. The foundation can top up the reward pool, take back the part not yet earned and adjust the rate, which only counts from that second on. Deposits and rewards already earned stay yours. If the pool ran dry, rewards would stop accruing until it is refilled. The contract has been tested but not externally audited.

Four rules written into the contract. Each one can be checked on Etherscan without asking the foundation for anything.

#SECT has no mint function and its ownership is renounced. The treasury transfers the reward budget into the contract before it is paid out, and the size of that pool is public on-chain.
